Task
Create designs for a new townhome project that would take advantage of a unique and impressive site surrounded by natural open space and situated on the ridge of the Niagara Escarpment.
The solution
Taking cues from the surrounding trees and angular rock outcroppings, including the site adjacent waterfall, a modern wood and stone clad project was developed. Cantilevered floors and horizontal bands of cladding mimic the escarpment rock formations, and large windows and roof decks maximize the views from this unique site.
The result
An innovative, premier townhome project that made it’s own niche in a competitive market.
