Our pitch was to develop a modern and memorable identity for the project. We leveraged the trending tag “DTK” which is recognized locally as an acronym for Downtown Kitchener. The simple and catchy development name, standing for Duke Tower Kitchener instantly landmarked our project and provided an immediate familiarity to local residents. Bold and vibrant marketing and striking product renderings utilizing unique angles worked together to communicate the edgy, urban and active vibrancy of the residential tower. The website was brimming with local lifestyle, video, and feature attractions in and around the site. Key messaging and targeted SEO attracted our key demographic and retained a higher click through rate. A page specific to the investor market was included so investors could learn more about the local economy and potential for growth and demand in Downtown Kitchener.
