To relaunch a residential community in the desirable North Waterloo.
Orchard Design re-designed the site plan and townhome units into a more sellable product. Additionally, we recommended a change in branding to correspond with the new product design and establish a new look for the site. We believed that changing the name from the previous Grey Silo Square to Grey Silo Gate would give the community a sense of privacy and seclusion from the outside world. Gates aren’t always about keeping things out, sometimes they are about keeping things in. In this case we felt the gate metaphor supported the notion that a unique community would grow and develop inside these walls, and that this created additional value in the minds of our target demographic.
Following the relaunch, sales of the new site got off to a strong start and the project won WRHBA awards for Best Logo and Best Brochure.
