Create a desirable but cost effective mid-rise building in order to be successful in a competitive rental market.
Solution
Relying on Orchard’s wealth of residential design experience, the design team created efficient but bright and attractive units to meet current market expectations. Cost efficiency dictated wood construction making this project one of the first 6 storey wood building built under the new Ontario Building Code. As well as it’s part in design, Orchard project managed the design team of architects, engineers and other professionals.
Result
An exciting new addition to the existing retail market that is quickly becoming a desirable residence.
